Lead Supervisor
Pay: Starting at $25/hour (full-time) based on experience
Benefits: Performance-based, discretionary bonuses, allowance for gas and phone, free daily meal. Reports to the Executive Operations team and Owners.
Job Description: Experienced, results-driven supervisor to lead our restaurant’s launch and ongoing operations. As part of the duties our Lead Supervisors ‘lead by example’ – meaning part of the job will include overseeing personnel but also helping prepare orders, including prep, cook, line. You’ll help build the team, shape the culture, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members
Manage inventory
Manage and deposit cash on a weekly basis
Maintain high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness
Continual communication and reporting to the Executive team
Ideal Qualifications:
2+ years in a restaurant managerial or supervisory role
Proven leadership
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
Work or professional and personal references required
Understanding and ability to communicate in both Spanish and English
Cashier/Customer Service
Pay: Starting at $18/hour + tips based on experience (Part-time: 20–30 hours/week)

Job Description: Friendly and reliable cashiers are part of our front-of-house team. Provide the first impression for guests, handling orders, processing payments, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
Accurately take food and drink orders
Process cash and card transactions using POS system (Toast)
Maintain a clean and organized counter area
Provide menu guidance and answer guest questions
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Punctuality
Positive energy and a team mindset
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Experience preferred, but not required

Line/Prep Chef
Pay: Starting at $19/hour + tips based on experience (Part-time: 20–30 hours/week)

Job Description: Experienced line/prep chef to help bring Tia’s recipes to the plate. Need to be passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and work seamlessly with the team.
Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Cook menu items according to recipe standards
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Qualifications:
1+ year of line chef experience preferred
Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to get one)
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Work or professional and personal references required
Grill Chef
Pay: Starting at $19/hour + tips based on experience (Part-time: 20–30 hours/week)
Benefits: One paid meal daily, growth opportunities. Reports to Lead Supervisor, Head Chef, and Executive Operations team.
Job Description: Experienced Grill/Plancha Chef to prepare and cook Tia’s recipes. Need to be passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and work seamlessly with the team.
Responsibilities:
Cook menu items according to recipe standards and special requests
Work with the Head Chef to engage suppliers and incorporate Colorado ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Qualifications:
1+ year of grill chef experience preferred
Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to get one)
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Work or professional and personal references required
Dishwasher/Maintenance (Ideally 2 people)
Pay: $17–$19/hour (Part-time)

Job Description: Maintain clean dishware and smallwares; keeping up stock of clean materials to allow kitchen to run smoothly. Maintain a safe and efficient kitchen. Maintain a clean and sanitized dining and restroom area.
Duties Include:
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitizing
Take out trash and maintain back-of-house cleanliness
Support kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and team-oriented
Ability to lift more than 50lbs
