Lead Supervisor

Experienced, results-driven supervisor to lead our restaurant’s launch and ongoing operations. As part of the duties our Lead Supervisors ‘lead by example’ – meaning part of the job will include overseeing personnel but also helping prepare orders, including prep, cook, line.  You’ll help build the team, shape the culture, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

Cashier / Customer Service

Friendly and reliable cashiers are part of our front-of-house team. Provide the first impression for guests, handling orders, processing payments, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

 

Line / Prep Chef

Experienced line/prep chef to help bring Tia’s recipes to the plate. Need to be passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and work seamlessly with the team.

Dishwasher / Maintenance

Maintain clean dishware and smallwares; keeping up stock of clean materials to allow kitchen to run smoothly.  Maintain a safe and efficient kitchen.  Maintain a clean and sanitized dining and restroom area. 

Grill Chef

Experienced Grill/Plancha Chef to prepare and cook Tia’s recipes. Need to be passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and work seamlessly with the team.
